Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

1. All return requests must be submitted within 4 days from the date of receipt of the order. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
2. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and in the same condition as received. The original packaging, including invoices, gift certificates, and any other documents, must be intact.
3. Products that are used, damaged, broken, or have missing pieces (not due to our company’s fault) are not eligible for return or refund.
4. Health and personal care products (e.g., face rollers, Gua Sha), discounted items, and those on festive or seasonal sale are not eligible for return.
5. This policy does not apply to products purchased in person at our physical store or through video/picture requests before purchase.

Additional Return Information

1) Do you arrange for pickup of the products?
No we do not arrange for pickups.

2) Where do I mail the returns?
Do not send the products directly to us. All approved returns will be picked up by our courier, Blue Dart. Any product sent directly by customers will not be accepted and will be returned.

3) When will I receive a replacement?
Replacement products will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the original item, provided the following conditions are met:

• The products must be unused, unsoiled, and unwashed. In the case of Rudraksha, it should not be conditioned.
• The products must have the original tags and be in the original packaging. Any returned items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted, and no replacement will be provided.

4) Can I choose a different product in exchange?
No, you cannot choose a different product in exchange.

5) What to do if my order shows delivered, but I haven’t received it?
You need to report non-delivery of the order, within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the delivery notification by emailing Yogi Universe [.] at or contacting Yogi Universe via the contact number mentioned here in below or through the chat option available on the Site/mobile application. After forty lapse of eight (48) hours from delivery time available with Yogi Universe, Yogi Universe claims no liability.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued in 3 to 5 working days for the value of the returned products only, not for the entire purchase value.
